Cauthen Consulting is about filling gaps and finding solutions.  Dt Cauthen and Dr. Terry met when they were both trying to manurve their way thru and organzation they had independly hired to help them - which was no help at all.... so they started and organization to be the help they needed. Filling gaps and finding soultions to relentless problems!!! They both have earned terminal degrees and are seemingly an amazing match for helping others.
